These terms apply to electrical work quoted and carried out by CEC Electrical (Camp Electrical Contractors Ltd) unless a separate written contract is agreed.
Quotations are based on the information supplied and any site visit carried out. Additional works found after opening up, testing or unforeseen site conditions will be quoted separately before proceeding where practical.
Payment terms will be stated on the quotation or invoice. Domestic work is typically due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Commercial accounts may be offered subject to agreement.
The customer is responsible for providing safe access, parking information and any known site hazards. Isolation of supplies may be required and will be agreed in advance where possible.
All work is intended to comply with BS 7671 and relevant building and safety regulations. Certification is issued where the scope of work requires it.
Workmanship is guaranteed as stated on the quotation. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. Damage caused by misuse, third parties or later alterations is excluded.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted works except where the law does not allow such limitation, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
